Abstract
Odgajateljski par jedan je od mnogih faktora koji se mogu povezati s kvalitetom rada u odgojno-obrazovnoj skupini. Međutim, partnerstvo između dva odgajatelja proces je koji uključuje međusobno podržavanje u radu, dosljednost u odgojno-obrazovnoj skupini i kvalitetnu komunikaciju. U ovom će se radu ispitati kakvo iskustvo odgajatelji imaju u radu u odgajateljskom timu, te koje segmente vide kao izazovne. U istraživanju je primijenjen kvalitativan pristup i metoda polustrukturiranog intervjua. Protokol intervjua sastojao se od dvije skupine pitanja podijeljenih prema istraživačkim pitanjima, odnosno mišljenjima te iskustvima i potrebama odgajatelja u odgajateljskom paru. Istraživanje je provedeno na prigodnom uzorku od devet odgajateljica kojim se je obuhvatio model profesionalnog razvoja Dayja, Sammonsa, Stobarta, Kingtona i Gua i njegovih šest faza. U radu se ističe značaj koji kvalitetni odgajateljski par treba imati i važnost pažljivog odabira odgajateljskih parova s ciljem podizanja kvalitete ustanove za rani i predškolski odgoj i obrazovanje.
Abstract (english)
Pair of two teachers is one of the factors that can relate to the quality of educational work with children in preschool groups. However, partnership between the teachers is a process which involves mutual support, consistency and quality communication. This thesis will examine teachers' experience in working pairs and factors they present as challenging. A qualitative approach and the method of semi-structured interviews were used. The interview protocol was consisted of two groups of questions divided according to research questions, that is, teachers' thoughts, experiences and needs in their work in pairs. The research was undertaken on a sample of nine preschool teachers who covered all six phases of model of professional development by Day, Sammons, Stobart, Kington and Gu. The thesis emphasizes the meaning which quality working pair should have and the importance of choosing working pairs with the aim of developing the quality of institutional early and preschool education.
