Abstract
Većina djece u suvremenim obiteljima izložena su dualnoj socijalizaciji, što znači odgojnim utjecajima u obiteljskom domu i predškolskoj ustanovi. Stoga je imperativ dobrog odgoja i obrazovanja usklađivanje odgojnih utjecaja između dvije sredine u kojima dijete raste i razvija se. Prepoznato je da je roditeljska uključenost u ustanovi ranog i predškolskog odgoja i obrazovanja neophodna za dobrobit djeteta, što je podržano različitim propisima i suvremenim stručno-teorijskim spoznajama. Profesionalna je odgovornost odgajatelja da razvija partnerske odnose s roditeljima i primjenjuje strategije za poticanje roditeljske uključenosti. Stvaranje partnerskih odnosa s roditeljima podrazumijeva poštovanje, ravnopravnost prihvaćanje i uvažavanje. Postoje mnogi oblici suradnje s roditeljima, a individualni razgovori imaju osobito mjesto u pružanju individualno usmjerene podrške roditeljima, osobito u pružanju podrške primjenom vještina savjetovanja. Ovaj rad daje pregled teorijskih spoznaja, odabranih istraživanja i strategija za podizanje razine uključenosti roditelja u odgojno-obrazovni proces.
Abstract (english)
Most children in modern families are exposed to dual socialization, which means educational influences in the family home and preschool institution. Therefore, the imperative of good upbringing and education is the harmonization of educational influences between the two environments in which the child grows and develops. It is recognized that parental involvement in early and preschool education is necessary for the well-being of the child, which is supported by various regulations and modern professional and theoretical knowledge. It is the professional responsibility of preschool teachers to develop partnership relationships with parents and apply strategies to encourage parental involvement. Creating partnership relations with parents implies respect, equality, acceptance and appreciation. There are many forms of cooperation with parents, and individual conversations have a special place in providing individually oriented support to parents, especially in providing support through the application of counseling skills. This paper provides an overview of theoretical knowledge, selected research and strategies for raising the level of parental involvement in the educational process.
