Abstract
Cilj ovog istraţivanja je utvrditi utjecaj elemenata Tai Chi Chuana u nastavi Tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture na kogniciju, područje pozitivnih i negativnih emocija kod učenika u razrednoj nastavi. Provelo se istraţivanje s uzorkom od dva 4. razreda osnovne škole, s eksperimentalnim razredom kojeg čini 26 učenika i kontrolnim koji čini 23 učenika. Eksperimentalna grupa je tri puta tjedno u periodu od 45 dana vjeţbala Tai Chi Chuan. Ispitanici obje grupe su preliminarno i na samom kraju istraţivanja ispunili SPANE (Scale of positive and negative experiences, hr. Skala pozitivnih i negativnih iskustava) autora Edvard Dienera. Na temelju 12 čestica SPANE-a i 3 izvedene veličine izvedeno je 15 istoimenih varijabli : 1) pozitivno, 2) negativno, 3) dobro, 4) loše, 5) ugodno, 6) neugodno, 7) sretno, 8) tuţno, 9) prestrašeno, 10) veselo, 11) ljuto, 12) zadovoljno, 13) SPINI-P (zbroj pozitivnih emocija), 14) SPINI-N (zbroj negativnih emocija), 15) SPINI-B (razlika pozitivnih i negativnih emocija. Pri statističkoj analizi koristila se aritmetička sredina zbroja pojedinačnih rezultata i studentski t-test. Utvrdilo se da vjeţbanje Tai Chi Chuana značajno povećava pozitivne emocije eksperimentalne grupe u odnosu na kontrolnu i unutar eksperimentalne grupe, te smanjuje odreĎene negativne emocije. Na osnovi dobivenih rezultata zaključeno je da vjeţbanje Tai Chi Chuana moţe značajno povećati učestalost pozitivnih emocija, reducirati negativne emocije te homogenizirati razred u okviru odgojno-obrazovnog procesa.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Tai Chi Chuan on cognition, area of positive and negative emotions of students in primary education. In the 45 days research, 2 primary school classes were participating. Experimental class consisted of 26 students, while control class consisted of 23 students. In the period of 45 days, three times per week experimental group had Tai Chi Chuan lessons At the beginning and at the end of program both experimental and control group were tested with Scale of positive and negative experiences by Edward Deiner. Based on 12 particles and 3 derived sizes, we derived 15 homonyme variables: 1) positive, 2) negative, 3) good, 4) bad, 5) pleasant, 6) unpleasant, 7) happy, 8) sad, 9) afraid, 10) joyful, 11) angry, 12) contended, 13) SPINI-P (sum of positive emotions), 14) SPINI-N (sum of negative emotions), 15) SPINI- B (subtraction between positive and negative emotions). In statistic analysis arithmetic middle was used and student t-test. The results confirmed that practising Tai Chi Chuan significantly increases positive emotions and decreases specific negative emotions. It was concluded, based on the results of this research, that practising Tai Chi Chuan can significantly increase the frequency of positive emotions, reduce negative emotions and create more homogenic class community in the process of education .
