Abstract
Rad se bavi odgajateljskom profesijom kao feminiziranom profesijom. Proces feminizacije određene profesije umanjuje njezin društveni status, umanjuje plaće i mogućnosti koje profesija pruža. Analizira se utjecaj ovih strukturnih ograničenja na društveni status profesije, na kurikulum ranih i predškolskih odgojno – obrazovnih ustanova te na motivaciju muškaraca za rad u odgajateljskoj profesiji.
