Abstract U životu svakog čovjeka dolazi do određenih promjena koje izazivaju nelagodu i kod
odraslih i kod djece. Jedna od prvih takvih životnih situacija je kretanje u jaslice ili vrtić.
Takva situacija može biti vrlo stresna za dijete i potreban je određeni period kako bi se
dijete naviklo na novonastalu situaciju. Isto tako, tu je važan faktor privrženost koja se
razvija između djeteta i roditelja. Period prilagodbe na jaslice ili vrtić se naziva adaptacija.
S obzirom na važnost ovog perioda u životu jednog djeteta i njegovih roditelja/skrbnika,
kao i na važnost kvalitete i organizacije rada u vrtićima, važno je kreirati mjere za analizu
provedbe adaptacije djece na vrtić, što je i osnovni cilj ovog istraživanja.
U istraživanju su sudjelovali odgajatelji koji rade u 12 institucija ranog i predškolskog
odgoja i obrazovanja (N=160) Primorsko-goranske županije.
Primijenjena su dva mjerna instrumenta: anketa namijenjena prikupljanju stavova i
mišljenja odgajatelja o procesu i organiziranju tijeka adaptacije, te upitnik o procijeni
privrženosti primijenjen na uzorku od 320 djece koja po prvi puta borave u
jasličkom/vrtićkom programu, koji pokazuju zadovoljavajuću razinu metrijskih svojstava.
Glavni rezultati pokazuju da odgajatelji percipiraju postojanje planirane i organizirane
adaptacije djece na jaslice/vrtić, premda ne nude objektivne pokazatelje iste i imaju vrlo
različite načine provođenja, da ističu važnost kvalitetne suradnje s roditeljima i stručnim
timom, te koriste različite načine praćenja adaptacije djece. Dakle, adaptacija se provodi,
no vrtići se međusobno razlikuju u načinima provođenja iste. Kod procjena djece koja su
prošla adaptacijski period, procjenjuju da je najveći broj djece uspješno adaptiran, te
značajnu pozitivnu povezanost između privrženosti, emocionalnih stanja, ponašanja i igre
kod djece tijekom perioda adaptacije.
Abstract (english) In the life of every man there is a certain changes that cause discomfort in adults and in
children. One of the first such life situations is a move in the nursery or kindergarten. Such
a situation can be very stressful for the child and requires a certain period so that the child
adjust to the new situation. Also, there is an important factor attachment that develops
between the child and parents. The period of adjustment to the nursery or kindergarten is
called adaptation. Given the importance of this period in the life of a child and his parent /
guardian, and the importance of quality and organization of work in kindergartens, it is
important to create a measure to analyze the implementation of the adaptation of children
in the nursery, which is the primary goal of this research.
The study was attended by educators working in 12 institutions of early and pre-school
education (N = 160) Kvarner County. Applied two gauges: poll held for the collection of
views and opinions of educators about the process and the organization of the course of
adaptation, and a questionnaire on the estimated commitment applied to a sample of 320
children for the first time staying in the nursery / kindergarten program. The main results
indicate that teachers perceive the existence of planned and organized adaptation of
toodlers to nursery / kindergarten, although not offering the same objective indicators and
have very different ways of implementation to emphasize the importance of good
cooperation with parents and professional team, and used different ways of monitoring the
adaptation of children. Thus, the adaptation is carried out, but kindergartens differ in ways
of implementation of the same. In the assessment of children who have passed adaptation
period, estimated that the largest number of children successfully renovated, and a
significant positive correlation between affection, emotions, behavior and games for
children during the period of adaptation.
