Game is one of the basic assumptions of proper growth and development of the child's organism and as such is an integral part of elementary school education. In the course of Physical and Health Culture, the child's need for continuous movement or play is met through the application of elementary games. In order for a certain physical activity to pass successfully, there is an indisputable existence of good motivation. For this reason, the basic objective of this work is to track the level of motivation in various elemental games of high, moderate, and low intensity. The results of the research carried out show differences in the motivation of the pupils with respect to the type of games, with the greatest motivation being determined in the application of the moderate intensity game in the first grade students, while in the high intensity games the highest motivation was measured in the third grade. According to the results obtained, it is found that motivation for older pupils is considerably higher for competing characters in the discipline that is still very important to the pupils and is largely represented while younger school age motivation is inspired by games whose content is close and familiar to the students, For example the animal world and various characters from animated films. The research data were analyzed and processed in the SPSS statistical program. Basic descriptive parameters were calculated, while Kruskall-Wallis variance analysis was used for the analysis of differences in a particular game between the subunits. Application of games is immensely important to the development of every single individual, especially in his younger days when motivation for bodily activity needed throughout his life is to be aroused.
