Abstract
Promjene koje se događaju na podruĉju informacijsko – komunikacijske tehnologije, vrlo brzo djeluju na odgoj i obrazovanje. Samim time, javljaju se novi oblici usavršavanja i dodatnog obrazovanja što je sastavni dio rada svakog odgajatelja. Tako u ponudi stručnih usavršavanja, sve se češće susreću teme koje uključuju e – učenje. Razmatrajući inicijalno obrazovanje odgajatelja, dolazi se do zaključka kako je za isto potrebno posjedovanje veće razine digitalnih kompetencija. U okviru diplomskog rada provedeno je istraživanje s ciljem ispitivanja učestalosti korištenja računala u poslovne svrhe te dobivanja uvida u samoprocjenu digitalnih kompetencija odgajatelja. Istraživanje je provedeno u dječjim vrtićima Rijeka, Kastav i Matulji. Rezultati su pokazali kako se odgajatelji u većoj mjeri procjenjuju digitalno kompetentnima te kako u većoj mjeri koriste računalo u poslovne svrhe. Nadalje, pokazalo se kako se mlađi odgajatelji procjenjuju kompetentnijima u odnosu na starije odgajatelje te kako odgajatelji s manje radnog iskustva u većoj mjeri koriste računalo u poslovne svrhe.
Abstract (english)
The changes that take place in the area of information and communication technology have a rapid influence on education. Therefore, new forms of trainingand additional education are emerging as part of the educators professional development and work Thus, in the offer of professional training, a topics that include e – learning are increasingly encounter. Considering the initial education of the preschool teachers, a conclusion can be made that it is necessary to possess a higher level of digital competence. In the contex of graduate thesis, a research was conducted with the aim to examine the frequency of use of computer for business purposes and gain insights into the self – assessment of digital competence of preschool teachers. A survey was carried out int he kindergartens Rijeka, Kastav and Matulji. The results have shown that preschool teachers increasingly assessed themselves digitally competent and to a greater extent use the computer for business purposes. Further more, the results show that younger preschool teachers evaluate themselves more competent in regard to older preschool teachers, and how educators with less work experiences use the computer more for business purposes.
