Abstract
Ovaj rad pobliže objašnjava intraobiteljsku dinamiku odgojne uloge roditelja. Temelje roditeljstva čine odgoj koji je usmjeren na dijete, zatim obitelj koja svojim utjecajem oblikuje i doprinosi odgoju te na kraju svi čimbenici koji čine obiteljsku atmosferu, a zaslužni su za ponašanje djeteta, njegove manire i sposobnosti. Zdrava intraobiteljska dinamika obuhvaća iskrenu komunikaciju među članovima, prostor gdje su pravila ponašanja fleksibilna, ljudska i primjerena trenutnim potrebama i situacijama. Iz tog razloga je opća atmosfera u kojoj dijete živi vrlo važna.
Abstract (english)
This paper explains the intrafamily dynamics of the educational role of parents. The foundations of parenting are the upbringing that focuses on the child, the family that uses its influence to shape and contribute to the upbringing, and at the end, all the factors that make a family atmosphere and are responsible for the child's behaviour, his manners and abilities. Healthy intrafamily dynamics include honest communication among members, a place where the rules of conduct are flexible, human and appropriate to current needs and situations. For this reason, the general atmosphere in which the child lives is very important.
