The goal of this research is to determine features of sensory profile of children with sensory integration dysfunction. In this research we used semi-structured questionnaire for parents, which serves for sensory dysfunction assessment of children. The questionnaires in question were used to interview five parents whose children have sensory integration dysfunction and attended the sensory integration terapy in association with DIRA in Rijeka. The results obtained will be substantiated with theoretical knowledge presented in the introducory part. The researh has shown which sensory areas a particular child has difficulty with, how sensory problems affect other aspects of life, and which sensory areas cause most problems in children. According to the above information, sensory profiles were obtained for children with sensory integration dysfunction, which can be used for planning further educational work with these children. As a conclusion, the most important thing is to detect sensory integration problems as soon as possible because they are a foundation for adequate development of other aspects of child's development. Furthermore, the research stresses the importance of awareness of people about disabilities of children in question so that the best possible care could be provided for all their needs, and the understanding of their environmet and therefore happier and more productive childhood.
