The development of information and communication technology has shown an increasing need for using computers in the education. Using computer, educators create new opportunities for learning and advancement in their work. Internet forums exept of use for communication are also used for learning, exchange of experiences in informal and non-formal settings. Starting points for writing this work arising from previous research and from the everyday experience. A research was conducted in a sample of 112 preschool educators in Primorko goranska županija. In this thesis we examined how kindergartens allow employees to use computers and the Internet, and also professional training in the field of computer use. Furthermore we examined how often preschool teachers use the computer for personal and business purposes, this stance on the use of computers, Internet, Internet forums and lifelong computer education. The research results indicate that educators often use computers for private and business purposes, and they have access to the Internet and computer in kindergarten. Internet forums are used mainly for informal and non-formal education. Surveyed educators consider important lifelong education in information and communication technology and computer use for work.
